Health Care - Saline Nasal Rinse Bottle (empty) 8 fl. oz.
Add 1/3 teaspoon of salt to 8 fl. oz. of tepid water. Mix well. A small amount of baking soda may be mixed with salt if desired. Irrigate each nostril until clear: at least 3 squirts. Keep throat closed. Rinse 2-3 times daily, or as directed by physician. Blow nose gently between squirts.
DO NOT BREATHE IN WATER. NOT FOR USE BY CHILDREN WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. DO NOT SHARE BOTTLE. WASH BOTTLE BETWEEN USES, AND ALLOW TO DRY COMPLETELY WITH CAP OFF.
