Open the package and peel off the backing. Place the adhesive side of the pad ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR SOCK underneath your toes. Use only inside shoes and limit contact with the open air to avoid excessive temperature increase. Pad will Heat up gradually. Remove after use.
AVOID ALL CONTACT WITH SKIN AND MUCOUS MEMBRANES. Burns may occur when objects hotter than body temperature are used for an extended period of time. Do not apply to clothing in contact with beauty spots, spotty irraitated, damaged, or burnt skin. Remove Hotteeze immediately in case of itching or burning sensation. Consult a doctor if symtoms persist. Do not use while sleeping, exercising or near a heat source. Not recomended for pregnant women, or people suffering from diabetes, circulatory or nervous disorders. If in doubt consult a physcian. If Hotteeze comes into contact with the eyes, don not scratch, Wash with water for 15 mins then consult a doctor. Do not put Hotteeze in your mouth. Incase of ingestion, rinse mouth with water and consult a doctor immediately. Do not use Hotteeze on babies or people who are incapable of removing them by themselves. Do not shake, rub or perforate Hotteeze. Do not wear excessively tight shoes, as Hotteeze need oxygen to work properly. Do not us Hotteeze in slippers, sandals or oversized shoes as temperature can rise suddenly and the pad will expand. Take care when wearing thin socks or stockings. Do not wear shoes that are difficult to remove. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Keep Hotteeze out of direct sun.
