Acne Causes

Acne is a common problem among men and women of all ages. Unfortunately, many wrongly believe that acne is a problem that only concerns teenagers. There are several different types of acne that can grow on the skin. Some of these are congested pores, blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, pustules, and cysts. Since this is a problem related to beauty many people seek to cure acne at the earliest.

Causes of Acne

  • Irregular meal times
  • Improper food
  • Excessive intake of starch, sugar and fatty foods
  • Chronic constipation where the wastes are not removed quickly and remain in the blood causing harsher efforts for the skin for their elimination.
  • Loss of vitality of the skin due to unhygienic habits
  • Excessive use of tea, coffee, alcohol or tobacco
  • Excessive studies
  • Masturbation
  • Sedentary habits leading to indigestion and general debility
Generally, people use medicated creams salves or ointments to treat acne, but these creams and ointments do not serve any purpose. They suppress the secretions of the sebaceous gland in the short term.

Acne usually occurs on specific parts of the body where there are excess of sebaceous glands. The face, back, and chest are some of the main areas where there are a high concentration of sebaceous glands and, therefore, high concentration of acne as well.
