- Tell us a little about your business; how long you've been around, what your

- Attach a scanned copy of your valid reseller certificate. If your state
does not require you collect sales tax (Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New
Hampshire, or Oregon) please provide us with your Federal Employer ID number
(FEIN).
- Once approved, we will email you. You must place your first order of $250 or
more within 90 days.
