It is possible your order may contain items
currently on backorder or discontinued at the time your order is placed with us.
If this happens, we will ship all available items right away, remove the
unavailable products and adjust your account accordingly. Please check your packing slip to identify
any items that might be discontinued or out of stock at the time of your order.
Our warehouse is in Iowa so you can expect a 3-6 business day delivery in the
North East and South Eastern USA using Ground Service. For destinations in the
Mid West or the West Coast, please allow 4-7 business days for delivery for
Ground.
Please keep in mind that this shipping time is from when your item is put on the truck - NOT from when you place your order. We do offer expedited delivery options, but,
of course, they tend to cost a bit more. We certainly
wish it wasn't so, but the cost of shipping and handling
can be expensive, especially on small orders. EdibleNature
encourages you to place as large an order as possible
so that this expense is minimized. We reserve the
right to select the most appropriate carrier at the
time of order placement. This would typically
only occur with very heavy packages or delivery to
rural areas.
SHIPPING
All orders received before 5PM Central Time will
be shipped the following business day via FedEx Home Delivery whenever possible
(unless you specify otherwise). FedEx Home Delivery days of operation are
Tuesday through Saturday with no Monday delivery. For FedEx estimated transit times see map. Your shipping rate is calculated from the total weight
of your order and its distance from our shipping warehouse located in Iowa (52318).

From time to time, EdibleNature
may offer special promotional programs which include
FREE shipping. When a FREE shipping promotion is in
effect, you may take advantage of it only if your
order meets the following criteria:
- Order must be over
$75.00 (i.e. $75.01 or higher),
- Will be delivered
via the most economical means at the time your order
is placed,
- Must be under 10lbs,
- Shipping address
must be within the contiguous 48 states and not
addressed to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address,
- You may not combine
more than one order.
These conditions
are subject to change. Orders shipped to Canada do
not qualify for free shipping offers.
Our free shipping & handling offer is good for
shipments to a single shipping address (no combined
orders to multiple destinations) and for our choice
of either shipping service. FREE Shipping is not good with any other
coupon code.
Next-Day & Expedited Shipping
All orders received before 5 PM Central Time will be shipped the following day.
(For FedEx delivery times, see the map.) Please
remember that choosing faster shipping service does not change the time required
to process your order and get it on the truck. For instance, choosing
FedEx 2Day shipping means it will take
2 BUSINESS days to ship (Saturday and Sunday excluded) once your package goes on the delivery
truck, not that it will arrive 2 business days after you
place your order. If you place your order on Thursday via FedEx 2-day, your order will be shipped out Friday for Monday delivery.
Order Processing Time
FedEx is our primary carrier. Orders that are received by
5:00 P.M.
Central Standard Time will ship the next business
day. Orders that are received after 5:00 P.M.
Central Standard Time, will ship in 2 business days.
United States Postal Service
USPS Priority mail may take up to 2 weeks to arrive and USPS Parcel Post can take 4 weeks to arrive within the continental U.S., and up to 5 - 6 weeks to HI and AK. We do not offer tracking capabilities when choosing USPS.
For these reasons, all customers are recommended to choose FedEx
or UPS.
Out of Stock Policy (Partial Shipping)
From time to time, an item you order may go out of stock during the processing
of your order. In order to provide the fastest order processing and shipping
while still offering the most competitive prices on the web possible to our
customers, we automatically ship all available items on your order (partial
ship). When that happens, you will be notified of out of stock or discontinued items via e-mail
when your order is packaged, and/or on your packing slip or invoice. You may reorder out of stock items at a later date.
International Shipping
EdibleNature
currently does NOT offer shipping to addresses outside
of the United States.
APO/FPO Military Shipping
Packages sent to the military overseas should contain
an APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office)
address, a military zip code of sorts. A list of new
military postal codes can be found at the
Web
site of Operation Home Front. Please note: EdibleNature does not
offer FREE shipping on APO/FPO addresses.
Returns & Refunds
We will happily correct any order that was incorrect,
missing items, or accept your original order for return if
the return is a result of our error. Unless
previously authorized by us via email, all claims
relating to incorrect shipments must be made no later
than
7 days after the items have been
delivered. You must
email customer service and obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA number) before returning an item for refund.
Items not eligible for returns or refunds include food, plants,
flowers, perishable goods, goods marked "as is," "no returns accepted," "all
sales final," or with similar language, goods used or damaged after purchase,
customized goods received as ordered, goods not returned with their original
package, and goods which cannot be resold due to health considerations.
Damaged Items
A key operating guideline is that we do not ever pack bags or boxes with ANY visible damages. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you notify the local office of your carrier, FED EX, UPS or USPS, when you experience the problem of receiving damaged goods. In the case of FED EX, for example, their delivery personnel are rewarded or penalized based on their customer complaints. Be vocal with your delivery person and with their managers if you are experiencing problems. Again, we will work on our end, but a few choice words from you may have the biggest positive impact on the quality of your deliveries and the condition of the contents you get from EdibleNature.com.
Restocking Fees
There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund, unless waived or reduced by a Customer Support Agent. We charge this restocking fee for all returns to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep.
Due to the nature of
our products we are unable to accept any open items
for return. Generally we will accept returns of unopened
items up to no later than
7 days after
the items have been delivered. Also please note that manufacturers frequently change their packaging on items found on our website. Such changes may reflect new branding but not necessarily new formulas or ingredients. If you have any questions about items you see that may have older packaging, contact us PRIOR to purchase so that we may answer any questions you have before you order. If you wish to return
items please email

and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returned
items without a valid RA# will not be accepted. We
are not responsible for items returned to us that
do not arrive at our facility.
You can expect a refund
in the same form of payment originally used for purchase,
usually within 5 to 10 business days of our receiving
your return. If the refund is due to a shipping error
by us, then we will refund your shipping charges for
returning the items to us. If your return is not due
to our error, we will deduct the return shipping costs
of your order from your refund amount.
On items
that have unfulfilled performance guarantees, first
contact the manufacturer and try to get them to send
you a replacement. The products and the claims made
about specific products on or throughout this site
have not been evaluated by EdibleNature or the
United States Food and Drug Administration and are
not claimed to or approved to diagnose, treat, cure
or prevent disease by EdibleNature. The information
